Payment Terms

These Payment Terms apply to all paid SharpePrep access and form part of our Terms of Service.

Plans and pricing

SharpePrep offers two access plans: a 6-month plan and a 12-month plan. Both are a single one-time payment. There is no subscription and no recurring billing. Current prices are shown on the pricing page at the time of purchase and may vary by region (for example, prices shown in INR for India). The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.

Free trial

New users may be offered a free trial that does not require a payment method. The trial does not convert into a paid plan automatically and you are never charged unless you choose to buy a plan.

Billing and access period

• Each plan is a one-time charge that grants full access for the stated period (6 or 12 months) from the date of purchase.
• Plans do not auto-renew. Your payment method is not stored for recurring charges, and you are not billed again when the period ends.
• When your access period ends, access simply stops. You may buy a new plan at any time if you wish to continue.
• Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By purchasing you authorize us to charge your payment method once for the applicable fee and taxes.

Taxes

Prices may be exclusive of taxes. Where we are required to collect VAT, GST, or other taxes, they will be added at checkout or as required by law.

Cancellation

Because plans are one-time and do not renew, there is nothing to cancel and no future charges to stop. When your access period ends, it ends on its own. A one-time purchase may qualify for a refund within the window described in our Refund Policy.

Price changes

We may change prices for future purchases. Any price change applies only to new purchases and never to a plan you have already paid for.
