Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident trying SharpePrep. This policy explains when refunds are available. It forms part of our Terms of Service and works alongside our Payment Terms.
Try before you pay
Every new user gets a free trial and a free diagnostic so you can evaluate SharpePrep before committing. We encourage you to use the trial fully so you know what you are buying.
14-day money-back guarantee
If you purchase a plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided you have not used the Service excessively in that period (for example, completing a large share of the question bank or downloading bulk content). Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.
After the 14-day window
Our plans are one-time payments, not subscriptions, so there are no recurring charges to stop. Outside the 14-day window, a plan is generally non-refundable for the remainder of its term, because it is priced as a single commitment that covers your exam window. You keep full access for the entire period you paid for, and you are never billed again.
Exceptional circumstances
We review genuine hardship and exceptional cases (for example, a duplicate charge or a billing error) individually and in good faith. Duplicate or clearly erroneous charges are always refunded.
How to request a refund
Email billing@sharpeprep.com from the address on your account, with your purchase date and the reason. We aim to respond within a few business days. Refunds, once approved, are typically processed by Stripe within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer laws of your country.
